By creating an account on FeedbackHub, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using FeedbackHub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to represent the restaurants or cafes you register on this platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify the superadmin immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Register restaurants or businesses that you do not own or represent.
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to access other administrators' accounts or data.
• Use FeedbackHub for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload images or content that violate intellectual property rights or contain explicit material.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the restaurant information and images you upload. By uploading content, you grant FeedbackHub a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. Customer feedback submitted through your public review pages belongs to the respective customers.

5. Account Approval

New accounts and restaurants are subject to superadmin review and approval before they become publicly visible. FeedbackHub reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Service Availability

FeedbackHub is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Account Termination

Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or permanently deleted by a superadmin. Upon deletion, all associated restaurant data and feedback will be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

FeedbackHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of business data or reputation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FeedbackHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
