FeedbackHub ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of restaurant and cafe administrators ("you") who use our feedback management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Restaurant names and details you mark as approved will be visible on the public-facing feedback page. Customer feedback submitted by users is visible to you (the restaurant admin) and to the superadmin.

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Access to admin features requires a verified email address and approval. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted by a superadmin, all associated restaurants and feedback data are also permanently removed.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion or correction of your account information by contacting a superadmin. You may also update your restaurant information at any time through your dashboard.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of FeedbackHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
